export style definitions to text document

I'd like to export some style definitions to a plain text document. It will be a reference for coworkers in case the styles are ever unintentionally deleted or changed. Is there a way to do this; if so, how? Thanks.

It looks like the script only works with CS2--is there a way to make it work with CS4?

Still works all the way up to Cs5

It works all the way up to CS5, but it doesn't report GREP styles and incorrectly reports no nested styles when there are nested styles. Anyone know how this script can be adapted to include all CS5 style options?
