OnLocation with the Sanyo VPC-CG20

I bought a CG20 for my trip overseas and I can't seem to get it to work with OnLocation. Anyone have any ideas?

    How are you trying to use OnLocation? If for live monitoring and recording, then I suspect the problem is that the CG20's video format is AVCHD/h.264, which OnLocation does not support. The supported formats for live monitoring/recording are DV, DVCPRO, and HDV.
