Publishing to iTunes

I'm really struggling here.... I'm using Flash CS5.5 on a PC and have happily deployed the iPhone apps for testing on a single device, but I cannot get them onto the AppStore.

I have re-exported them with (I think) the correct certificates and with the publish for Deployment - App store. I have then moved to a mac and used the App Uploader tool to upload to the iTunes Connect, but it fails each time saying theres something wrong with my certificates, once it said a zip file was invalid. I'm getting a bit stuck now, can anyone help please?

Is there a good step by step guide to this anyone can recommend, I've found loads for deploying for development but none for publishing for the App Store.
