Turnkey Glassfish with OpenMQ

Can anyone provide a turnkey sample of BlazeDS deployed in Glassfish, configured to use OpenMQ? I've tried a few combinations with the latest versions of Glassfish (3.1) and BlazeDS (4.0) with no luck. I get a JMS connection exception to the broker no matter the config.

 

I think it might be easier just to see a working deployment of the technologies.
