Was thinking of a nautical theme and would like to make a background
where as you scroll down a page different fish or
sea creatures swim past the background.
Alternatively would be to have a fishing line with hook and bait, follow the page as you scroll down fish come and nibble on the bait.The animation would follow the scolling page down and change (different fish nibbling etc)
Any thoughts on how to accomplish this and which product to use or series of products. The fish would be cartoon characters not going for realism.
