The clone/heal brush tool doesn't seem to be working since upgrading to Lion. It starts out just fine and lets me select the spot to clone but once the I click down I lose the ability to move the source cursor around and the ability to interact with the original target circle.
No other changes to the machine or to LR other than the OS update.
I checked the "Known Issues" list and didn't see this mentioned.
Has anybody else had problems with the clone/heal tool?
Thank you for your reply. I'm running the new Lion OS on my 2.66 GH2
Quad-Core Intel Xeon with 3GB 1066 MH2 DDR3. I am using Photoshop CS4.
When I downloaded Lion OS yesterday, I found everything slowed down. My
biggest disappointment is that the clone tool in Photoshop CS4 no longer
works. I can select a section to clone, move it to the location I want to
put it, but when I click, nothing appears.
So far, the only advantage I see to the Lion OS is the FaceTime feature.
But my Mac doesn't seem to recognize my older logitech webcam. Have tried
to research what to get, but still not sure. Some say the new Logitech
1080p Webcam Pro C910 with Skype HD works great, and others say it is not
compatible with their Mac. Any suggestions on webcams for Macs?
I do hope you can give me some help with the cloning tool issue.
Most appreciatively,
Becky
