How can I reinstall licensing recovery for InDesign 4.0 on OS LION?

Dear Technical Geeks:

 

Re: InDesign 4.0...I know how to reactivate with Snow Leapard OS 10, but nothing seems to work now that I have gone to OS 10 Lion. There is a "Licensing issue" that prevents me from launching INDesign 4.0 (and throwing away the Flexnet folder in the Preferences folder does not solve it...as it did when I had Snow Leapard. I downloaded the License Recovery software, but it doesn't appear to work in the new OS Lion environment.

 

Any suggestions?

    I believe InDesign 4.0 would be InDesign CS2. That shipped in May 2005.

     

    I think that would be too old to run under Lion. InDesign CS2, I believe, was designed to run on PowerPC processors. You could use Rosetta under Snow Leopard (10.6) to run it, but Rosetta was killed with Lion (10.7).
