Need to remove signature invitation(duplicate) after doc sent for signatures

Hello, after sending a pdf for signatures, I needed to add a different email for one person(his Adobe account email). I need to remove his old email so the document will successfully end. Is this possible?  I don't see a red 'x' box by the names anymore. Any solutions to this problem other than a start again from scratch?

    Yes, I'd like to do the same.  Someone from Adobe please respond to this.
