Missing Dialog Box when using "Script File"

I am trying to Acess my modified "Export layers to Files" script through Configurator's toolbar with limited success. The code exicutes, but without the dialog prompt asking me where I would like to save to and etc...

 

To check that it wasn't my tinkering that messed this up.  I have been able to successfully run the script through File>Scripts>Browse...

 

I am not sure if I am missing something in Configurator's settings or it has to do with the location of my script. I would like to keep the paths relative if possible.
