I have LR 3.4.1 and am using Windows 7 on an Asus laptop. I have had numerous crashes or freezes in the develop mode or importing photos. I have had my laptop checked, swapped hard drives, upgraded the RAM, had my video card put thru the paces, etc. and all the hardware appears to be fine, but the problem persists. I understand that others have reported similar problems, more with Windows than with Macs. I tried calling Adobe, got disconnected the frist time after waiting an hour, then un-installed and re-installed LR3 the next time I got thru to Adobe, but the problem is still not solved. The computer store tells me there is a bug in the LR3 software that others have commented on but that it has not yet been addressed by Adobe with a patch or fix. Any suggestions?
