I need my app update that I submitted last week approved! It switches the licenses for existing customers to our new license. We need this done before you shut off the inmarket program or else I am worried that existing customers will be stuck with unusable software and I will have no idea who has paid for it or not.
I have submitted numerous messages through the customer service form on the inmarket portal, no response and as of today, the form does not seem to be working.
HELP! Is anyone available to approved updates to existing apps in the marketplace????
