How do you create a flash file that includes photos?

I am a novice at web design. I have to create a flash file of photos that I can upload into a

webpage flash banner. Does anyone have experience with this?? I waited on hold by phone 30 minutes to speak with a live

Adobe person, only to be told (in less than 2 minutes) that because I had only downloaded the trial software "She didn't work for me. I needed to go to the forum online"- so here I am. Can anyone help?? Do I need to use Flash, Contribute, Dreamweaver, Photoshop???? Thanks for any help.

you can import photos in flash using import to stage options in flash > file menu
