Hello new friends

From what I have seen about dream weaver,well I am impressed.

We have a forum,a Simple machines forum,about recovery from drug addiction  ( http://navoices.com/)

But me,being one of the new guys,on building a forum and site running in general was just wondering if this is an easy project

for a newbie to handle,or does Adobe have a different program,or set of programs we could look at?
