How to change 1280 x 780 mp4 to smaller space

Goodness... Client sent 1280 x 780 mp4 movie and has to fit into 560 size window. Need to find out if I can do it and then how? HELP! Thank you!

You will need to re-encode the video to a smaller size. Handbrake is a decent tool for this.
