Does receipiant have to create account to sign?

Mar 22, 2011 4:48 AM

If I send a contract to a person to sign, do they have to sign up for an account & sign in first before signing?

If so, this is a hassle & will have to find a different service for signatures.  I need two signatures a day from customers & all are one time signatures.

I wondering the same thing. I would love to use this for portraiture contracts and most signatures would one time as well. The tutorial made no mention of having to create an account to sign the document and the Echosign platform makes no mention of this either. It's really confusing. I couldn't even work through a sample contract I sent to myself as I don't want to create another login.

For EchoSign.com, signers do not have to create an account (or register) to sign.  All that is required is their email address.
