I have an instructional designer that will be working with our federal government client in producing e-learning classes, many of which will be presented in an Adobe Connect environment. What I would like is to have a consultant available to her either remotely or in person that can assist her with any connectivity or configuration issues she might have using the Adobe Connect product. This Gov't organization has noone available to assist her and it is important that when training is scheduled, that we are able to resolve participant's issues quickly and smoothly. Hi, I do not work for Adobe, but am the hosted-system administrator for my state government agency. I've been dealing with all sorts of issues and troubleshooting them successfully. I'm not sure if you've had any other interest, but I could be of assistance if you do not find someone from Adobe.
