Spry Menubar Dropdowns Disappearing

Here is my site:

The dropdown menu "Links" is inconsistant in IE. When I move the mouse down the menu when it gets to AMSA menu disappears, sometimes. Works fine in FireFox.

Another question: How do I set up Menu Bar so if there is a change I don't have to do it on every page. I want to make the change on one menu bar and have it apply to all the pages.

Please be kind, I am a very new.

You have not closed the <li> tag on line 316 and 317:

Try fixing that first.

You have to use templates for that (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V5_-kaDZr6w or http://help.adobe.com/en_US/dreamweaver/cs/using/WScbb6b82af5544594822 510a94ae8d65-7acda.html). It is a bit of a reading and of a learning time, but I think it is really worth: you will then save a lot of time without having to resort to PHP (or else) includes and it works great in Dreamweaver.

Thank you. Do I copy and paste the code you have below over the code I have? I could not see the difference in what I have and what is below except for the http://. This is what mine looks like in DW

Sorry if silly questions, I am so clueless. Thank you for the links regarding not having to change each menu bar on every page.

Nope. Those lines of code are yours. You have to add </li> to each to close the opening <li> tags.
