How can I shape a picture like here above?

    Simply draw the image above and after that add

    3D brush as the effect around it. Its not such problem. Simple

    If I understand your question correctly, you will need to create a mask. First place the photo, and then draw the shape you want. The shape should be above the image in the object stacking order. Then select both the shape and the image and choose Object > Clipping Mask > Make.
