Audio and scopes but no video on monitor CS3

I have installed CS3 on location on a win 7 (64 bit lap top).  Scopes work fine, recorded video is fine, audio is fine, but no video displayed on monitors.  OUt of bright and not so bright ideas.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
