Information on deploying mobile test environment from CS5.5 to device

Hello,

I have watched every tutorial and I think I have read most articles, and I have not found any information on how to deploy your test environment from Dreamweaver CS5.5 to a mobile device (Android).  I am looking for any information on how to do this, I have a test environment on my emulator, but I would like to deploy to device to begin testing feel.
