It's in the FAQ section and in the list of Common Issues. I also recently added the yellow announcement at the top of the page.

Just updated to 1.1.3 and it is working fine. I had to re-import the whole publication, though, due to the spining bug.

I just hope that my Adobe Content Viewer app likes it too (?). Last time it took weeks after the update that we could preview our folios in the iPad.

This is happening to me and a coworker now. A few weeks ago we were able to upload via indd folio builder. We can log into the web site with our credentials but not through the indd folio builder. Halp.

Downloaded and installed the »full« Folio Producer tools for InDesign CS5 - all languages

…and the Folio Builder Panel gives me the message »Sign In has failed.[svr.Unknown]« when signing in.

Did the »Restart the CS Service Manager«… Didn't help.

My CS live is prefect… But the DPS doesn't show in the list of services?

My »Digital Publishing Suite Dashboard« is also up and running…

»The full« is it the latast released version

Did I miss something? Do I need an update?

By the way your update section is a mess, need more info please.

The page you linked to is the 1.0 installer for InDesign CS5. If that's the only installer you ran, the Re: Folio Builed can not login [svr.Unknown] error message is expected. You should update your tools to the newest version (1.5):

It sounds like you already did step 1 on this page. Now do step 2, and it should work.

Thanx… Been the, done that. Now the Folio Builder Panel says: »You do not have a compatible Digital Publishing Plug-in. Click here to download the Folio Producer tools«.

The »Click here« link takes me to http://www.adobe.com/support/downloads/product.jsp?product=172&platfor m=Macintosh

…and here we go again… It brings me back to the very beginning. It's a never ending loop.

same problem here, deinstalled the whole thing and reinstalled the newest version... does not work. I'll try it again..

Some of you, and myself are experiencing the error "You do not have a compatible Digital Publishing Plug-in. Click here to download the Folio Producer tools" even though you have installed the Folio Producer Tools 1.5 on top of CS5 with version 1.0 or later of Folio Producer Tools, or on top of InDesign CS5.5, or CS5.5 with any previous version of the Folio Producer Tools installed on top.
