Flash Builder 4.5

Will the latest release of Flash Builder (4.5.1) work with the ADEP tooling?

    Yes. Be aware that FB 4.5.1 tends to want to use the FlexSDK 4.5.1 that it comes with. CAF (Mosaic) development requires the 4.5.0 Flex SDK, so if you are doing CAF development be sure that you are aiming the projet at the rigth sdk.
