Is there a way to tell the browser, from flash catalyst, when to start dowloading video.

So I have 5.5, and in my project i have 4 videos of different sizes on different stages. Some of the videos I can watch and others seem to still be downloading. Is there a way to have the videos start loading when i want them, or on a certain stage? Does everything in the project start downloading as soon as the swf file loads?

Any help would be appreciated.
