AGAL Texture sampler LOD bias

Hi,

 

I'm really happy to see LOD biasing in texture sampler, but the implementation seems quite useless if you can only set constant bias value per shader.

It would be really useful to be able to use temporary register for the bias value.

This would allow nicer reflections and reflecting materials with variable shininess (blurriness) that are read from another texture.
