My scaling images look like crap!

I'm trying to slowly scale up a screenshot but it looks terrible. I'm not sure if its just the nature of the image or what, but i'm using Actionscript and the standard motion tween. Either way it just looks super shakey. Any ideas?

    That's just the way it works in flash. Motion and scaling always result in very
    poor quality of raster images.
