Need help with export PDF options

I want to go into edit job options and set everything for the highest possible quality exported PDF. Can someone please tell me how to

set these options for the highest quality? Many thanks.

It would be helpful if you gave a minimum of information about your setup. We don't even know if you are in a Mac or a Win machine; in fact, we don't even know if you are indeed using PageMaker.

Sorry I was so uninformative. I am using Pagemaker 7.0.
OS is Windows 7 Home Premium.

I have tried to edit the job options and I have saved my new settings - but I can't seem to
get a high quality PDF exported. I know that my file is good, because I have previously gotten
a high quality PDF exported from my older windows machine running XP pro.

Totally unsupported combination. Go back to your old machine or move to InDesign.

I believe you are correct. I went back to my old machine and made a copy of the distiller job options file that works so well. I then installed this file on my windows 7 laptop - and it still failed to make a high quality PDF.
