I'm a Website Designer in Springfield Mo. I am trying to test my website: oursmartweb.com and I cannot click on the links within Browser Lab (when testing pages and websites). It shows the mouse pointer turning into a hand (as if it's a link) but it's just sitting there.
Is there a solution to this?
Thanks,
oursmartweb
I tried it and it works for me. I clicked on Contact Us and a new set of screen shots were generated.
When you roll the mouse over the link you see the hand cursor... do you also see the tooltip with the link appear?
When you click, are you Ctrl-clicking (Windows) or Cmd-clicking (Mac)?
Thanks,
Mark
Well, I tried on my I Talk Web page, and it still isn't allowing me to navigate pages back and forth. Yes, the mouse turns into a finger, but it doesn't change anything.
Do you think that it's a browser issue? I am using Google Chrome for all that I do. I am also using a Mac, however I'm not "Cmd-clicking". I also don't see the tool tip. What's my next step? Try a different browser?
Hi,
As a BrowserLab QE I would like to know more about this issue - mouse turns into finger but the tooltip is not visible:
1. What was the Flash Player version installed on your MAC?
2. How long your BrowserLab session had been opened or was it a new session?
3. To resolve the issue - did you try on a different browser. Ar eyou still seeing the issue on MAC Chrome?
Thanks,
