Solution:

Go to the Sign in page and click  the link "Did you forget your password?".  Follow the prompts to have an e-mail sent that enables a password reset. If you still have issues please Contact Us.

Christopher if you go to Help>Contact Us and choose your product you should then have several topics to choose from.  Any of those topics should give you the option to contact our chat or phone support.  You can also contact our chat support at http://adobe.ly/yxj0t6.

What do you do when you don't get the email to recover your password? I've sent it twice now for 2 seperate email accounts, and haven't gotten any emails to either of them.

I can't contact Customer Support, all the links lead to http://helpx.adobe.com/contact/ which then leads http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/policy-pricing/account-password-sign-faq.html that then leads to http://helpx.adobe.com/x-productkb/global/didn-t-receive-expected-email.html and then finally back to http://helpx.adobe.com/contact/, with no emails or forms along the way.. I'm at a lose on what to do to get my account back.

Thanks,

-Christopher
