error message on loading player

as a newbie you will have to bear with me, I have down loaded and now can run tutorial builder but on loading the player and going to the correct file all I get is " The requested content cannot be loaded please try again later".

what haven't i done? or should do to resolve this!!

I am running CS5 extended

windows 7

4GB ram

500GB scratch disc.

Any help would be appreciated.
