My scan menu doesn't make sense???

ive got a brother printer/scanner and i have installed the "TWAIN" thing that everyone has said to install, but when i go to scan a new doc in, it comes up with 2 opitons:

WIA-Brother MFC-5860CN USB…

TW-Brother MFC-5860 USB...

 

when i select the TW-Brother...... option it comes up with this window
