Using Flash Player

Currently Being Moderated

No Global Settings Panel

I do not have any kind of settings panel come up when I try to change my Global settings on the Adobe web site. I am running the latest player version. Also, when I go to Flash Player settings on my computer's Control Panel, I have the latest Active-X version, but no plug-in version on the Advanced tab. I am running Windows 7 & IE9. I have uninstsalled and reinstalled Adobe Flash several times.

I tried what you suggested, but that didn't fix it. I do not have a settings manager at all in IE9. However, I have one in Goggle Chrome.

Yes. No panel comes up when I use IE9.
