How to save flash videos that i see in the websites?

I want to download many videos that i view in most of the website. But all seem to be in flash player. I don’t know how to save it. Tell me how to save flash videos from websites.Thank you.

Use "DownloadHelper": http://www.downloadhelper.net/

if u use firefox then install addon called videodownloadhelper

it detects all downloadable content including .flv,.mpg,.jpg,all such media files & blinks in toolbar that it has detected

click it and choose destination to download

its done
