Problems with mobile css

Nov 16, 2011 2:59 AM

Hi, I'm trying to sort out a rendering problem for an Android phone via a css and can't get it to work.  Its the first time I've tried to do this so I'm obviously misunderstanding something.  I thought it was as simple as attaching a 'handheld' stylesheet and have set up a test class which adds a large red box, but although it appears on the DW display (I'm using CS4) it doesn't appear on my phone.

Can anyone help?

Here's the page:  http://www.empathydesign.co.uk/dev/mobile.shtml,  usr name: text, pw: adobe7.  The class should be styling the word TEST near the top of the page.

By the way, the problem that I'm trying to sort out is the position of the magnifying glass in the search box, but I obviously can't do this until I understand how to deal with css for mobiles,

Thanks

SW
