unable to install Photoshop touch in samsung galaxy tab 10.1 - United Arab Emirates

HI,

I'm unable to install photoshop touch in my samsung galaxy tab 10.1. its says this device is not compatable with any of your devices. but i saw this s/w is tested in galaxy 10.1 tab.. how its happen any ideas??

    Do you have Android version 3.1 or higher running on your device?

    yes i have... the reason i'm confused is many sites (even adobe shows galaxy tab 10.1 as official demo of the product) showing the application running in the galaxy tab 10.1... but when i try its shows my device is not compatable with any of your devices

    Have you tried the Android Market help options https://www.google.com/support/androidmarket/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answe r=1141080

     

    Are you able to see the PS Touch app at the Market application on your device? In addition are you connected with the same Goolge account on the device and desktop browser?

    Maybe you should look for GT-P7500 or something like that, as the Galaxy Tab is not listed as Galaxy Tab. A screenshot would be helpful where you see what is supported. I am attaching a screenshot as I can see from my Galaxy Tab 10.1supported.jpg

    It should actually be supported. I was able to do so in Germany on the very same device as yours. From which country are you trying to install it?

    @vish.gfx are you able to purchase any other Android paid apps? Could it be that you are restricted from buying Android apps simply due to geographical restrictions?

    i too think the same.. i didn't try to buy any application before, but i faced the same issues before at that time i thought that application is not supported.. but this time im sure about the application will support...do u have any idea about chaning the country or have any idea to solve this issue.. i waste many hours to find a solution but still no..

    Thats really unfortunate vish.gfx . At least we now know what the problem is. If I hear of about any solution to enable you to purchase and downlad the software from your country, I will let you know

    @jens Nandi there is no choice to say unfortunate...

    i just fixed this issue...

     

    what i did is

    create a new google account as united state as country

    reset the device to factory setup

    insert a sim from my home country(India)

    enable data roaming(it will not charge)

    use wifi to connect to device

    login to android market with the us google account

    and purchased

     

    switch back to my orginal account

     

    now happly using it also i unlocked the some additional s/w that blocked here like google voice, winamp etc
