Are the touch apps supported on the Amazon Kindle Fire?

    Hi David,

    Not at this time. The Adobe Touch Apps require a compatible Android tablet running Honeycomb 3.1 or higher, and a minimum screen resolution of 1280 X 800. More info in the Touch Apps FAQ. I believe the Kindle Fire has a screen resolution of 1024 x 600, and runs a modified version of Gingerbread.

    So it's now May 2012.  Are Touch Apps available for the Kindle Fire now?

     

    You realize that the Kindle is the most popular Android tablet, and second most popular tablet after iPad, of course.  You're shutting out a pretty big market if you don't support Kindle.
