This has been said before but I wanted it to have a thread on its own as I find it incredibly annoying and I would imagine that it's pretty straightforward to implement.
If it's not possible to have an "update all folios" button somewhere, can we at least have some alert that indicates if an uploaded folio is out of date? Something similar to what we get in the Book panel would be ideal.
What about a small icon beside a folio within the folio builder

Update all ?
Update all folios could have some option to turn on or off so that users could update the main folio if required or leave each folio for manual updating when ready.
This area of the folio builder could be managed easier through icons and colour, if like myself a folio has unseen updated content newly added.
I think Adobe could learn a lot from Twixl Publisher, a competing tool that also produces digital publications, just like Adobe, Woodwing, and Aquafadas. Of course, it's too late to mimic their ideas and process, but their elegant approach could be an example to Adobe. For instance, they do use the Book panel to keep track of the files, updates, and any missing articles.
