Just like images which are linked to original files, Folio's need to keep track of their InDesign files. And they are very hard headed at this. Once an InDesign file is moved, the Folio will hgave lost track of it. And just like the Link panel that features all kinds of retracing and relinking methods for images and other linked files, the Folio Builder should be able to retrace and relink InDesign files.
The work-around to delete Articles and Import a whole folder of one or two or more InDesign files (probably Pacakages) is too cumbersome. Not to speak of the XML/SideCar issues...
