How do I troubleshoot and report problems with Flash Player Video?

The following document describes basic troubleshooting steps when encountering playback problems with Flash video.  It also details the information that you can submit to Adobe that will be critical for us to properly debug issues:

In addition to updating your video drivers and disabling Flash Player hardware acceleration, please try the following steps:

Windows:

1. Close all browsers
2. Open an explorer window
3. Navigate to the following folders and delete the contents
   • %appdata%\adobe\Flash Player\
   • %appdata%\macromedia\

Finally, restart your browser and try again
