Anyone know where I can get some informative training video's?

Hi,

 

I am looking to see if anyone has an ideo where I can purchase some newbie friendly video's on flash? I am looking to just add some flash banners at first on my site. www.redcatracingshop.com in place of the stationary ad banner. I would them also like to add some trucks or cars moving on the pages that contain the specific truck or car information.

 

So I am just after a video training program that will allow me to do what I am after. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
