Package could not find xref section

Hi,

when packaging, some book got this error:

data="E_PACK_ERROR http://www.myserverl:8080/packaging/Package could%20not%20find%20xref%20section"/>

(others were fine, more that 30 books packaged without an error)

what does this mean ?

btw,

i couldnt find a packaging log in the folder where fulfillment log resides.do i need to create it ?

Sounds like a corrupt PDF file - it's missing an important part of the document.  Opening the PDF file in Acrobat and doing a save as may fix the file.
