Which version of the InDesign tools correlate to Viewer version 15?

Hello,

 

We are presently transitioning our digital production in house from an offsite art director.  Right now, our published application is version 15.  As we would like to be able to create content that can be published without issue, which version of the tool panels in InDesign should we be using?
