Info on Mac osx 7.10 w/ Mac osx lion?? as far as does adobe possess the right flash player?

My issue is that i seem to be hitting dead ends as far as staff, and the knowledgble. Paying 39.00 dollars for basic help with information I already know..  What is the appropiate application for plug in for compatibility, and correct java script, and flash player?
