IE displays differently than on browserlab

A specific page oon a site I am building is not rendering correctly in EI, EI is not seeing the Javascripts mycarousel or lightbox. In browserlab the carousel is correct. Just wondering if there is some adjustment i need to make on my EI program for it to use the those scripts.
