Okay, I really do not know how this works, but here goes... I have a new HP computer and a variety of mostly new software each to accomplish a particular need. Of particular interest, my copy of Adobe Premiere 10 has yet to function correctly. I note that I have other programs installed to illustrate the point that all of my problems revolve around this one program; everything else works fine. Of particular concern, over the past month since purchasing and installing the program, I have yet to successfully download or access on-line the HELP files. Another writer on this site notes the same problem, but Adobe suggests that the problem has been corrected. From my vantage point, it has not. To correct the problem, I allowed Adobe to access my computer twice (a humiliating experience) and each time a different suggestion was offered, but neither resolved the problem. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program, but that fixed nothing. I uninstalled and reinstalled AIR. Nothing has changed. To date, I have successfully made 3 dvds that worked fine. The balance offer a CANNOT PLAY THIS DVD response from my player. Further, the image on the TV screen is noticeably smaller than the screen itself. I believe all of these problems could be fixed in house if I could get access to the Adobe HELP files, yet so far that seems to be impossible. Come on guys, this program cost $100.00 at Best Buy in San Antonio, Texas, could you not have included the HELP files with the purchase? I would have paid the .05 cents that this would have cost you. This is my second copy of Adobe Premiere. The first was flawless, yet so far I am sorely dissapointed with the new version. This purchase was entertainment driven, yet so far it has been nothing more than a head-ache. Help me if you can, I am out of ideas. I will check back in tomorrow to see if any suggestions were offered. Thanks.
This may be something you've already tried. You can also view the latest help online at:

I would have included PDF files, but they're too large to attach to a forum message. However, you can download PDFs from the online Help by clicking the PDF icon in the top right corner of the screen.
I hope these will help you solve some of your DVD problems.
