Text Align is Grayed Out

I am having an issue with one particular site. The site was created in DW CS3 using the built in style sheet templates. When I try to edit the site with Contribute CS3 my editable area will not allow me to align text. The align text buttons are simply grayed out. My admin settings for editing are the same as all the other CS3 sites in which I can align the text.

Anybody else run into this or have a fix for it?

    Share the Template ; the web page URL ; other dependents like css ; js files etc as well.

    Please check your CSS properties of the content area you are trying to align. And also, check the Styles anf Fonts properties in your site Administration settings.
