How can I make my images randomly change when someone enters my site?

I have one large image and two smaller ones and I am trying to get the images to randomly change upon someone entering the site. I can make it happen using mouse enter, but I want it to happen when the page is loaded.

    It's easy if you don't mind looking at a commercial product. The Action's name is SuperAdCaousel. It will display random images on your page every time it loads.
