.mov 59.94 fps imported as 59.96 fps in CS4 Pro - skipping playback

PROBLEM:

When I import a .mp4 file with 59.94 fps in CS4, CS4 indicates the video has 59.96 fps.

My sequence is set to play at 59.94 fps and so my playback (when I hit play) are horrible. They skip, freeze, etc. Enough to make it unworkable.

I'm about halfway through my projects, all the first videos when shot in 29.97 and I had no problem.

CONTEXT:

The original movie is a .mp4 shot by a gopro. Using the recommendations from this blog:http://lostindetail.dyinglight.de/?p=112
I used MPEG Streamclip to resave the video in mov before editing in Premiere.

Here's the detail of the .mov file done with MediaInfo:

media.PNG
As you can see, it's 59.94 fps.

Question: Why does CS4 interprets the file as 59.96 (and makes the editing playback unworkable)

I also tried to resave the mp4 file as.....mp4 files yusing this thread recommendation: http://forums.adobe.com/message/2931789
Premiere imports the file as 59.94 fps, but skips when playing, and I have no red/yellow/green bar on top of it to render a preview.
