Sorry that this has taken so long...I know a lot of people have been asking for this.

In the Design tab when creating a form you can now select text and convert it into a hyperlink. Respondents filling out a form can click on those links and be taken to the specified website or mailto address.

Steps to create a hyperlink:

Select the text you want to add a hyperlink
Either right-click or go to the Insert menu, and select "Insert Link..."

Type in the URL or email address for the link and click OK.

To edit an existing link just right click on the link and choose Edit Link

Hi Randy, thanks for the information. What would be the process to do this in Adobe Designer 8? I could not do this process as the 'link' option does not show up.
