Advanced colour effects settings in flash equivalent to photoshop image adjustments

Hi,

 

I sent some psd files to a Flash webdesigner to give them a sketch of how I wanted a website to look. The colour/saturation was quite far from the one that I had sent to him and when I pointed this out, he said he needed the exact Colour mixture (for the settings in "Color effect"). I am fairly new to Photoshop but the only way that I can see to get the colour mixture is to use the Eyedropper tool but this naturally varies quite radically depending on which part of the document (and thus colour blend) I select.

 

Pls help!

    Any ideas on this anyone please?

     

    Really stuck here, I am using the same underlying photo, I just need to see a summary of the adjustment/saturation setting I have applied in Photoshop to (I guess) ask the web designer to copy the settings in.
