I want to create ONE form and use the FREE basic subscription. It says I am limited to 50 maximum. Does this mean I can get 10 responses - print/save them - delete them and still have 50 or does it mean 50 total?

It means you can view up to 50 at any point in time.

So, that means that I can print the form, delete it and receive more as long as I only have 50 stored on my computer at once?
Am I correct in assuming that I can print them out and delete them?
Really appreciate your help.

Randy...
I hate to be a pain but when I went to the VIEW RESPONSES page and highlighted one of the items and then went to file/print...I received a print-out of the list not the particular form.
I'm sure I'm doing something wrong. What I want to do is give a customer a web link to my form. Have them fill it out then return it so I can print it...then delete it. That's all.
Can you help me again with this?

Read this FAQ: How do I print or export to PDF a detailed view of a response?

That should answer your question.

I noticed at the bottom of the new open window that the printed version doesn't look like the original form...no problem, at least I have my info...
Thanks again Randy. I 'may' write again for something but hope I can figure it out myself.

Me again...

When I send someone the e-mail link for my form, they receive this message:

This form is currently closed for responses. Please contact the author of this form for further assistance.

How/when was it closed? What keeps it open?

You open a form by selecting "Open" on the Distribute tab. There are 2 things that usually cause the form to mysteriously Close:
1) You modified the form. Whenever you modify a form a dialog comes up telling you that the form will close and that you must reopen it when finished.
2) Someone you shared the form with closed it or did #1 above

Hi again, Randy...
I'm thinking of upgrading from the free 'limited' service. Before I do, does the BASIC plan allow 'larger' photo uploads? The free service limits it to 100K and that's the main thing I need.

The maximum upload for the paid Basic and Plus paid accounts is 20MB per submission.

You mean maximum upload for ALL files no matter what format? If someone wanted to upload just one file and it was a 2MB photo 2MB ... would it accept it?

Yes, all files associated to a single submissions (regardless of file type) can't be larger than 20MB. A single 2MB photo would be fine (assuming you paid)

When I click the upgrade/subscribe for basic link, I’m sent to my ‘empty’ cart. I can’t figure out how to purchase. I tried live chat and the guy said I needed to erase my cookies. HELP please.

Odd. Were you able to clear your cookies? Did he explain how to do that? If you did erase them, did it work?

Me again. Tom Mullica. I go to your site, enter my e-mail address and password then it brings up a window that says it is finding my form...after awhile it goes back to the e-mail/password page. Can't log in! HELP.,
